Sorry for the lack of comics. I was sick over the holidays, so it’s been a bit of a trial getting back into the groove. This is a comic that I’ve been wanting to get up for the last week or so. Losing Carrie Fisher hit the Cohen household hard. Crystal and I have seen her on stage at Star Wars Celebration twice, and we both love all of her books. Her sudden passing came as a shock to both of us, especially as we had planned to get a picture with her and Kara at the recent Fan Expo here in Vancouver. But although she is gone, she will not be forgotten. Kara will grow up watching her on screen, and eventually reading her books or listening to the audiobooks. She’ll always be royalty to us, but more importantly, like all of the characters in Star Wars, she always be a part of our family.
